Care Assistants
We are currently recruiting for Full and Part Time Care Assistants to join the team at Ashgrove Care Home.

You will be responsible for implementing the provision of quality care for elderly residents, to ensure they each retain their dignity and individuality. You’ll also be closely involved in the general activities of the Care Home and responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members and visitors. 

Applicants will have experience and a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment. QCF/NVQ in Care is not necessary for this post, however candidates should be willing to participate in Vocational Training Programmes. 

Applicants should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable working in a Team. Satisfactory Police Check and DBS/CRB check applies to this role.

Domestic Staff
We are currently recruiting for Domestic Staff to join our team at Ashgrove Care Home. Successful candidates will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Care Home, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times 

Required:  Applicants should be good team players, with good communication skills, verbal and written. Satisfactory Police Check and DBS/CRB Check apply to this post. 

Desired: Experience working with the elderly or within a caring environment would be advantageous but is not essential for this role.

Activity Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for an Activity Coordinator to join the team at Ashgrove Care Home.
Working with our experienced team, your overall goal will be to enhance the lives and improve the well-being of our residents.  Enthusiastic, friendly, energetic and motivated, you will be an excellent communicator – including written communication skills - and will have great attention to detail. Above all, you will enjoy working with the elderly, and be committed to organising and delivering an excellent programme of events that delights all of our residents.  

Desired:  Previous organisation and management experience would be beneficial, as would a full driving licence.
