Life at Ashgrove

At Ashgrove you’ll find a relaxed setting with all of the home comforts required to enable an enriched and fulfilled way of living.

We are all about making happy new memories and special moments while rekindling old fond memories. Residents and their families and friends are always welcome at Ashgrove. We aim to make the transition into the home as easy and stress free as possible, and hope that our residents find it an enjoyable and happy place to stay.

We offer 61 single rooms and 2 shared rooms, most of which are equipped with en-suite facilities. We want residents to feel at home which is why we actively encourage them to bring items from home, such as furniture, framed pictures and ornaments, to furnish their room.

Our spacious lounge and dining areas are very light and bright, all tastefully decorated and furnished – the ideal location for meeting friends. We also have four small sitting rooms, which can be used for private dining, family birthdays and special occasions.

The gardens of Ashgrove Care Home are landscaped with lawned areas, small trees, shrubs and raised flower beds – providing a beautiful setting to while away a few hours in the great outdoors. Residents are encouraged to sit out and enjoy the stunning and calming views and fresh air.
